RON DYCE Cosmetics are high quality products with an extensive colour selection. Only the very highest standards of pigments and ingredients are used. Our Botanical Skin Care line is 97% botanical based.
RonDyce Cosmetics continuously monitors global marketing trends and market regulations to ensure regulatory compliance. We closely follow the guidance of our governing regulatory bodies, including the Government of Canada’s Health Canada, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States, the European (EU) Commission, as well as from our third-party partners, including the Cosmetics Alliance Canada and Biorius, our international regulatory compliance partner in the (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).
Health Canada has a stringent regulatory compliance policy around ingredients, and all products manufactured by Rondyce Cosmetics must meet Health Canada’s requirements. The products are notified to Health Canada prior to going to market in order to screen for unsafe ingredients. Health Canada keeps a database known as the ‘Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist’ (https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/consumer-produ…) that is broken into two parts; ingredients that are prohibited and ingredients that are restricted. It may also be of interest to know that throughout our entire range of products, we constantly strive to eliminate, or reduce to a minimum, as many known allergens as possible. As newer ingredient options come onto the market to further reduce any possible sensitivity or allergic reactions, we incorporate these new ingredients into our formulas whenever possible. While the products themselves are not allergy or dermatologist tested, instead they undergo a thorough analysis of the composite parts of the product that ultimately give some indication of the likelihood of an allergic reaction. RonDyce Cosmetics makes every effort to ensure that raw materials and ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers who participate in sustainable practices. Qualified personnel produce the products under proper supervision and sanitary manufacturing conditions in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices as established by Health Canada, the FDA and the World Health Organization. When it comes to eco-friendly packaging, customers would need to determine that based on recycling practices and options in the regions where you take your products to market.
In addition to the quality control and stability tests we conduct on raw materials/componentry/finished goods, the following are some additional tests methods used:
